Work to balance your health. Balanced health should be established both internally and externally. You are to start with purification of your blood to eliminate toxins. Herbal teas should be used to accomplish this objective. Cleanse your bowels and intestines. Eliminate meat from your diet; especially red meat and pork. You can eat fish this month. Eat foods that are rich in nutrients. Do not drink sodas. Take good supplements, vitamins and other nutritional products. Good vitamins and cell salts are excellent in aiding a healthy balanced body. Exercise your body. Exercise in phases with a good health plan. Exercise smart, not hard. Work on flexibility and movement to tone your muscles. Big muscles take blood from essential organs - especially your heart. Excess fat in your body retains toxins, germs and other pollutants in the body. You are to also de-stress to have a healthy and balanced disposition. Anxieties and despair contribute to poor health. Expand your mental perceptions. Engage in activities that required using your mind and body. Tai-chi or yoga are examples of mind and body exercises. Read inspirational books. Make positive affirmations your daily mantra that you affirm throughout the day. Each week experience a new event that lifts you. Go to the park or a garden; go see a friend, a play, or go to a gallery. Set health goals for this month that will be goals for the rest of the year and beyond. Be committed to sustaining a healthy body. Lift your mind with music. Read the 39th Psalm.
