Through the concentrated breathing of the esoteric energy substance, which is innate in the air, one can do much to revitalize important aspects of one’s composite being to be in harmony with the vital spiritual centers. Rhythmic breathing and color breathing are keys to a grander awakening of the most essential aspects of your composite being. Through the process of rhythmic color breathing, aligned with divine postures, you can change and enhance internal energy particles to improve the various aspects of life. Make it a point to breathe softly, but deeply. Control yourself by controlling your breathing. Purify yourself with your breath and your imagination. Rid your being of foul conditions through the exhalation of darkness. Enrich your life with the esoteric light and the spiritual power of the color that serves and invigorates you with life. God breathed into man, and he became a living soul. Become a life-giving spirit by filling your being with the esoteric light. Jesus breathed on his disciples, and they became apostles.
