Catering to your physical body will lead you deeper into the traps of the mundane material life. It is not good to become a puppet to your senses and the ignoble desires of your senses. Body sensations must be managed and disciplined by your higher aspirations and your higher active will. You are not your body. You are not to let your body be regarded as the master of how you feel and what you think. Use your higher imagination directed by wisdom and love to create your circumstances and existence. Take care of your body, as if it were a prize racehorse, but maintain the reins of control. Develop your mind by thinking noble ideas. Teach and direct your mind to recognize the principles of life that need to be focused upon, because they improve your character and your circumstances. Direct your mind with enthusiasm. Concentration will aid you in improving and expanding your mental capabilities and your mental capacity. Increase your meditation. Each week increase the time period of your meditation. Small increments of time will aid you in developing your ability to concentrate and strengthen your mind and will. Place positive images before you, not to worship but as channels of positive thoughts and positive energies. Set your daily meditation period at an established time. Enjoy your meditation sessions. Organize your meditation exercises. Your meditation period should have an agenda for each day. Use your meditation to visualize and perceive health, happiness, harmony, and holiness for yourself.
